Resilience is the ability we all possess that makes it possible to overcome challenges and bounce back from adversity. Many desirable outcomes are linked with resiliency, including the ability to successfully manage stress, anxiety, and depression while enhancing well-being, optimism, and performance. This presentation will help you become more aware of your personal resilience, and share some simple practices that you can use to build your capacity for resilience in the future as graduate and professional students.
