Women's Cabinet Leadership Cohort

The aim of this group is to provide an empowering environment where women-identifying students can engage in conversations and workshops that promote self-awareness, build confidence and increase students' knowledge of their own leadership potential. 

  • January Topic: Failing Forward. Failing well or intelligent failure means acknowledging that failure happens to the best of us, and building the skills needed to learn and grow." Learn how to prepare yourself to fail, and to fail well. 
  • February Topic: Positive Confrontation. Learn techniques on how to navigate through conversations in the classroom, via text message or social media, at work, at home with family, friends, or a significant other.
  • March: Stop Over Apologizing. Constantly apologizing can give th appearance of incompetence as well as have lasting side effects on your self-image. Learn how to put an end to unnecessary apologies.

No application process necessary, open invitation to interested students.
