Leave the demands of your day at the door and join us for a dynamic, heat-building yoga class. This class will fluidly move from one pose to the next and incorporate strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina. Practiced in candlelight, participants will be able to focus more on their personal movement, breath and practice.
