Take a break from Cardio Canyon and come get down in Hip Hop Fitness! During this 60-minute class, our instructors will lead you through an hour of high-energy, heart-pumping choreographed dances to all your favorite hip hop songs. You will work your entire body and get a great cardiovascular workout without even thinking about it! No previous dance experience required.
