This perfect blend of cardio and strength training in one hour! The first-half of class will put your cardio-respiratory system to the test as you ride through a variety of terrain on the bike. The second-half of the class will be on the floor, utilizing everything from our dumbbells to resistance bands to cardio barbells to increase your muscular power, strength and endurance. With less time spent transitioning from bike to floor, you will have more time to push harder, lift heavier and get stronger.
