This class is ideal not only for students just beginning their yoga practice, but also for seasoned yogis that want to take a step back and evaluate their practice. This Hatha-based yoga class will utilize props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets to aid students in focusing on the alignment in their bodies while in basic yoga postures. Hands-on adjustments and pose modifications will be given throughout the class to enhance the stability and comfort of the body, based on individual needs.
