Opening Celebration for the 47th Annual United Black World Month (DICE)

Location: Ohio Union Performance Hall

This year United Black World Month answers the call to the theme, "Black Lives in America: Fueling the Fire, Sustaining the Vision." This exciting month of programs, dialogues, and artistry will begin with the annual opening celebration featuring filmmaker and activist, Bree Newsome. The program will feature other special guests such as spoken word artist, Kim Brazwell, and Ohio State University's own Caroline Bennett. This program is open to the Ohio State University community.

This event is sponsored by the Student Life Multicultural Center, Office of Diversity and Inclusion Frank W. Hale Jr., Black Cultural Center, and the Office of Student Life.
