Everyday Mindfulness is a place where you will have the opportunity to experience and become aware of what is happening in the present moment with curiosity, openness and nonjudgment. In addition, you will learn Mindfulness based techniques that will allow you to pay attention moment-to-moment and recognize unhealthy patterns that might be preventing you from having the type of life you envision and deserve. This group will encourage you to practice Mindfulness in all aspects of your life by incorporating said skills in your day to day activities.
