This session will provide information on resources across campus including an overview of services at Student Life’s Counseling and Consultation Service. The presenter will provide a didactic overview of CCS and other resources to support mental health. The audience will participate in an exercise meant to increase awareness of self-care strategies and discuss well-being from the perspectives of graduate and professional students. This session will include time for Q&A. Lunch will be provided.
After this presentation, attendees will be able to:
- Describe and identify multiple resources on campus to support graduate and professional student mental health.
- Identify and respond to personal stress.
Communicate to and encourage other students to seek strategies and support for mental health.
