Search

Time: Thursday, November 15, 2018 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Location: Ohio Union, Cartoon Room

Come join African/African-American Student Initiatives and Native American Student Initiatives as we create a space for authentic conversation. Many times society, politics, and culture send the message that our Blackness, Nativeness, and so on is too much meaning a threat.  Come join Social Justice activist Dr. Melisa Crumb as she guides participants through a conversation around the current impact of race, politics, and trauma is shaping our lived experiences. More importantly leave with tools of empowerment as we continue to strive for equity, respect, and the power to occupied every space with authenticity!

This event also counts for 1 DICE Credit toward your DICE Certificate. More information about DICE and how to earn credits can be found here: go.osu.edu/dice.
