BLF Foundations is a yearlong leadership initiative focused on first-year students at The Ohio State University. Foundations will provide programming, development and relationship building for Buckeyes interested in increasing their social mobility and growing their cultural capital on Ohio State’s campus. Foundations students will engage in monthly challenge sessions, networking and community building throughout the year supported by their cluster groups and additional staff support.
