Recreational Sports Group Fitness Class

This class utilizes the ballet barre to allow for even more targeted sculpting of your glutes, thighs, hamstrings and calves – all while challenging your balance and core strength! Small weighted-balls, mini-stability balls and mat-based work will be incorporated throughout to give you a full-body workout. With high reps and low weight, get ready to embrace the shake and feel the burn!
