Your two favorite classes combined for one invigorating, efficient workout! The first-half of class will put your cardiorespiratory system to the test as you ride through a variety of terrain on the bike. The second-half of the class will be on the floor will be focused on building muscular power, strength and endurance using our group fitness barbells. With less time spent transitioning from bike to floor, you will have more time to push harder, lift heavier and get stronger.
