Come sweat away your day's worries and reset your mind for the evening in this 60-min class. Whether it is an endurance climb or a series of short strength intervals, indoor cycling classes are designed to add a great cardiovascular challenge to anyone's workout. Cross-training shoes with flat bottoms, towels and water bottles are highly encouraged. So take a break, get those endorphins pumping and leave it all on the bike!
