This workshop will give you the tools to confidently fuel your lifestyle. Learn how to plan delicious and nutritious meals and snacks, and discover ways to combat mindless eating and strategies for portion control. Workshops are free to currently enrolled OSU students. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis, and space is limited!
