Join OUAB Grad/Prof and the Student Wellness Center for an interactive workshop that will motivate you to maintain your physical wellbeing. Whether you made a New Year's Resolution or are just looking to increase your activity level, research shows that moving at almost any speed will help both your physical and mental wellbeing. It is difficult to prioritize and follow through with exercise as a grad/prof student. This workshop will help you strategize ways to meet you fitness goals while managing your academics and other obligations.
