(1) understand what happens to us (physically and psychologically) during
traumatic experiences\; (2) understand the difference between typical or
&ldquo\;normal&rdquo\; versus more concerning reactions to traumatic exp
eriences\; (3) understand what are some of the factors that promote recov
ery and foster resilience\; and (4) learn specific strategies to manage t
he distress associated with recovering from traumatic or extremely stress
ful situations. \;\nIMPORTANT: Please note attendees will not be aske
d to share/discuss any details of traumatic experience(s). While attendee
