This group is dedicated to providing a space for women of color students to connect, dialogue, celebrate, and support each other’s whole authentic selves through an intersectional lens. Our monthly meetings will center on a specific topic, issue, or current event that students wish to learn more about or process openly with their peers. The intent is to foster intercultural dialogue and to create a brave space where students can share their unique perspectives and create a community of support and affirmation.
Meetings are the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6 p.m. For more information, contact Madison Eagle.
For each heritage and awareness month that the Multicultural Center celebrates we will invite a coresponding student organization to facilitated a discussion based on a topic or issue of their choice with assistance and guidance from our Intercultural Specialist. For more information or if your student organization is interested in leading one of our meetings, please contact Madison Eagle.
We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to engage fully. To ask questions about accessibility or request accommodations, please contact Madison Eagle at 614-688-8449 or firstname.lastname@example.org. At least two weeks' advance notice will help us to provide seamless access.
