Breathe, Align, & Flow Yoga (DICE)

Location: Browsing Room, Morrill Tower

Come and de-stress with us by practicing yoga, through breath practices, meditation, and postures. This workshop is designed to enhance the mind-body connection to learn skills to mitigate stress, increase concentration, and improve mental and emotional well-being. Dr. Alice Chi from Counseling and Consultation Service (CCS) will be facilitating this workshop. Yoga mats can be provided, or bring your own if you have one. All levels and abilities are welcome.
