Barre None is a combination of ballet, Pilates and yoga-inspired exercises designed to strengthen, sculpt and lengthen your muscles. While this class targets your glutes, legs and core, it will improve your overall balance, flexibility and strength. With high reps and low weight, this class is guaranteed to make you feel the burn!
