Revitalize your body and mind with this deep stretch, yin yoga style class. By holding restorative poses for longer and targeting the body’s deep connective tissue, participants will be better able to achieve maximum release and relaxation. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class is perfect for anyone looking to let go of any tension in their muscles - or their life!
