Psychiatric Medications, when combined with counseling and healthy lifestyle habits, can help students with variety of mental health concerns.
This is an ideal place to talk the psychiatrist if you are considering or not sure about taking medications for mental health treatment.
By attending these workshops students can:
- Get a better idea of treatment options for mental health such as office based, hospital based, day treatment, etc and when different options are reasonable.
- Become more familiar with medication risks, benefits, side effects, etc.
- Challenges and tips that can help students better manage cost of medications, copays, insurance, pharmacies, etc.
This is a great opportunity to speak with our psychiatrists to answer any questions or concerns related to mental health. Its FREE, and no appointment necessary!
