Challenge your upper body and core strength with this express strength class! Each class will focus on strengthening the muscles of your chest, back and arms in addition to your abdominals and obliques. Dumbbells or resistance bands will be utilized to increase intensity, but all movements can be done with bodyweight or household items. All fitness levels welcome!
