Date: Friday, January 17, 2020, 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Location: The Instructional Kitchen, Ohio Union
Join us in an evening of cooking and conversation about food and the “Five Love Languages!” For many of us, food IS our love language, as well as the primary transmitter of our family’s traditions and heritage.
Student organizations from across campus will be cooking up cherished family recipes and sharing their stories of love and tradition that surround each dish. Come ready to set the table for a discussion on food and its place in Dr. Gary Chapman’s “Five Love Languages” model. Will food stand alone as its own love language? You decide!
Hosted by the MCC’s APIDA Heritage month and the MCC’s APIDA and LaCasa cohorts, The Black Student Association, The African Youth League, The Latino Student Association and Ohio State’s Chapter of the NAACP.
