Mentorship Programs
The Mentorship Programs of the Student Life Multicultural Center foster enriching relationships and confidence growing activities that support students through different stages of their academic careers.
Peer Mentors are 2nd, 3rd or 4th year undergraduate students who choose to engage by giving back. These students participate in comprehensive training preparing them to facilitate dialogues with their mentees on such topics as campus resources, academic success and overall well-being.
Community mentors are Ohio State alumni, community leaders and Ohio State staff and faculty who guide their mentees in gaining clarity on academic and career goals, developing networking and leadership skills and successfully planning to make the transition from school to the workplace.
All of our Mentorship Programs require an application or registration. Carefully read the instructions included on the mentorship page you are interested in.
