APIDA Peer Mentorship Program
The APIDA First Year Mentorship Program is a first year/transfer student, peer mentorship program that is grounded in relationship building through mentorship to help integrate students into life on Ohio State's main campus.
The program focuses on our mentors and mentees' unique leadership skills to foster the important peer-to-peer mentorship essential to building a strong APIDA community here on campus and beyond. Each first-year/transfer student-mentee is paired with a continuing mentor based on personality, interests, academic path and goals. The program actively engages mentees and mentors in their community, both on and off campus, to give students a space to meet others who share common identities, passions and interests.
You will learn more about yourself and the Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) identity, helping you discover the interests and spaces that you enjoy most here on campus while offering support and guidance along the way.
