CBSC Leadership Consortium

The CBSC Student Leadership Consortium is a crucial platform for nurturing leadership skills, fostering collaboration, and promoting student civic engagement. These consortiums bring together diverse student leaders from various academic and extracurricular backgrounds, allowing them to share ideas, develop strategies, and work on common goals. By participating in these groups, students gain valuable experiences in decision-making, teamwork, and conflict resolution, which are essential for personal and professional growth. Furthermore, consortiums often address community issues encouraging students to participate actively in societal improvement and advocacy. Ultimately, student leadership consortiums aim to empower the next generation of leaders by equipping them witht the skills and networks necessary to effect positive change within their communities and beyond. The consortium meets monthly in the Alonso Family room, and CBSC staff members facilitate sessions.
